PROJECT REQUIREMENT
This project required a faster, more scalable way to load bulk-feed trucks. The old approach relied on a forklift and bulk seed boxes, which was very labor-intensive. The goals were to boost throughput, increase capacity, and enhance efficiency.
SOLUTION PROVIDED
Advantage collaborated with Advanced Feeds to deliver a proven drive-through loading solution, enabling feed delivery trucks to load beneath bulk silos rapidly and efficiently. Building on prior designs, the implementation was customized to onsite requirements, incorporating expanded framing clearances and increased silo capacity. This answered all the questions with boosting throughput, increasing capacity, and enhance their efficiency.
- Boosted site efficiency by five times faster than before.
- Total capacity of this set up is 240m3 (6x 40m3 Smart Silos), This has increased their capacity onsite by three time.
